EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

All products purchased from afrala.pk can be exchanged within 10 days only if:

Valid Reasons for Exchange:

  • Item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • Item received does not match what was ordered.

To report a delivery issue, please call (+92 336 4184489) within 3 days.

Conditions & Steps:

  • Notify by phone within 3 days of delivery for disputes
  • Return defective items within 15 days for a replacement.
  • Request via email to help afrala.hussain@gmail.com with your Order Number.
  • Non-Exchangeable/Non-Returnable: Requests made after 10 days.
  • Damage caused by customer use or tampering.

Sale items.

  • Items with missing tags, labels, original packing, or freebies.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered.

 

Shipping Costs: Not refunded except for damaged/wrong items or during promotional free shipping. Customer bears return shipping costs otherwise.

Alternate Option: In-store exchange for items of equal value with original receipt.

Order Cancellation: Only within 24 hours of placing the order via email.

Important Notes: Tags must be intact. Seasonal and within-brand exchanges only (summer for summer, winter for winter).
